The support chat that
tells you what to build.
It answers your customers from what your team knows, keeps every new answer, and ranks what they ask for. Your coding agent picks it up from there.

From one chat to what you build next.
Every conversation goes round the same loop. Afterchat does the work in between, and you approve what reaches your customers.
Answers from what your team already knows.
When there is no answer, it hands the chat to a person instead of guessing. You decide how much it does on its own.
You write every reply.
Afterchat stays out of the conversation. It still keeps what you learn and counts what customers ask for.
It writes the reply. You send it.
The draft appears in your composer with its source. Edit it, send it, or write your own.
It answers what it knows. The rest comes to your team.
Run it all day, or only nights and weekends. Whoever picks up a handed-over chat sees why.
- Some topics always go to a personRefunds, legal, security and cancellation. That list can't be switched off.
- Your team in one inboxAssign chats, take over a live one, leave notes only your team sees.
- Covered after hoursWhen nobody is online it can answer, or take an email and reply later.
- It says it is an AIIn its first message, with a person one step away.

Every chat leaves an answer behind.
When a chat closes, you keep what was learned in one click. The next customer who asks gets that answer straight away, with its source.

Know what to build next.
Customers ask for the same thing in different words, during a chat or when it ends. Afterchat groups them and ranks them by how many accounts asked.

- Is there a way to get every invoice in one file?
- Our accountant wants a spreadsheet of what we've paid. After the chat

- Can you ping us in Slack when an order comes in?

- I'd like order notifications in our team channel.
- I don't want our intern to see billing.

- An admin and member split would help. After the chat
- We need permissions per person.
Example Pick a request to see what customers wrote.
- Asked after the chat tooWhen a chat ends, customers can say what they wish your product did, in their own words. It lands on the same list.
- Already built, still asked?Questions about things that exist go on their own list. That needs better docs, not a new feature.
Your coding agent builds from it.
Connect the agent you already use. It reads the ranked requests and their briefs, answers technical chats from your code, and tells everyone who asked when it ships.

- 01Knows what to buildEach request comes with a brief: the problem, the quotes, what is in and out of scope.
- 02Answers the technical chatsA chat that needs a developer goes to your agent. It checks the code and drafts the reply.
- 03Keeps the vault in step with the codeIt writes entries from what it built and flags the ones a change made wrong.
- 04You approve what reaches customersReplies, public entries and emails wait for your yes. Afterchat never sees your code.
Start with the chats you already have.
Paste your site and import your old chats. Before you install anything, you see what it would have answered and what your customers keep asking for.

Support conversations stop being disposable.
Can my customers see our vault?
Only what you mark public. Internal entries can be said in a chat but are never linked, and private ones are never used in answers.
Do you need access to our code?
No. It works from your site, your docs and your tickets. If you connect a coding agent, it works with what you already let it reach, and Afterchat only gets what it sends back.
Which channels does it cover?
Chat on your site, with replies by email when the customer has left. No WhatsApp, SMS or social yet.
What does it cost, and when can I get in?
Pricing isn't final. We're running our own support on it first, then letting the waitlist in small batches.
